group healing session offers a unique and immersive way to achieve deep relaxation, emotional release, and physical healing through the power of sound. Whether you are seeking stress relief, a meditative experience, or community connection, a sound bath can provide a therapeutic environment that nurtures mind, body, and spirit. For your comfort, please bring a yoga mat and pillow to relax on. Chairs are also available.

Cost is $20 at the door.
