Healing Touch or Reiki Session

During a Healing Touch or Reiki session, you will experience light, gentle touch or passing of the practitioner's hands over the client's body. During a session you may feel my hands above you as I work. Some will feel heat, cold, or tingling as the energy flows through my hands. Most find that they deeply relax during a session and some may even fall asleep. There are times when emotions come through during a session and one may feel tearful or joyful. It is all in the healing process. Each individual has a different experience.

When scheduling your session, plan on 60-90 minutes for your first session and then approximately 60 minutes for continuing sessions.
